How To Order
1. Navigate to the Website: Open your web browser and type in the URL of the website psmsgj.usm.ac.id/shop, and press Enter.
2. Search for Tickets: Once you’re on the website, look for the event category you want to purchase.
3. Select the Event: Find the category you’re interested in purchasing tickets for. Click on the “Add to Cart” Button.
4. Cart: After selecting the event, click on the Cart button. You can change or specify the quantity.
5. Proceed to Checkout: Once you’ve selected your tickets, proceed to the checkout page. Review your order to make sure everything is correct.
6.Enter Personal Buyer Information: You’ll need to enter buyer personal information such as your name, Country, City, Phone number and Email address, and possibly your billing address
7. Enter Personal Attendee Information: You’ll need to enter Attendee information such as your name, Phone number and Email address, if you have multiple tickets, you need to fill the form with the correct information for each ticket, because this information will be use as Ticket Details.
8. Payment: Choose your preferred payment method (QRIS, Shopee, Dana, Ovo).
9. Complete the Purchase: After entering your payment information, review your order one final time to ensure everything is correct. Then, click on the “Place Order” button to complete the transaction.
10. Confirmation: Once your purchase is complete, you should receive a confirmation email with details about your order. Be sure to save or print this confirmation for your records. If the email does not appear try going to the Spam section.
